Shipping Policy

  • We provide Free Shipping across India on all orders.

  • Once order is confirmed and paid in full, the product will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 working days .

  • Generally shipment will arrive at your address within 7-10 business days (Saturday, Sunday - non business days).

  • We ship within India by DTDC, Fedex or India Post.

  • Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on your account and via tracking status mail.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and valid address ( pincode ) at the time of creating an account in order to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which is caused due to reasons beyond our control.

  • Please note that billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.

  • For international customers, the VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

  • We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.

Return & Replacement

At Shreemukhi, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or refund a purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund:

We accept refund requests for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Unopened and unused items in their original packaging

2. Time frame for Refund Requests:

Customers must notify us of any issues with their order within 10 days of receiving the product.

Refund requests submitted after this time frame will not be considered.

 

3. How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at shreemukhi@gmail.com Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.

 

4. Refund Process:

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 – 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items:

Some items may not be eligible for refunds, such as personalized or customized sarees.

 

6. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged or defective product).

 

7. Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

This refund policy is subject to change without notice. Shreemukhi reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this policy.

Cancellation & Refunds

We have a robust no question asked refund & cancellation policy.

  • Once the order is placed, you can cancel the order within 24 hours, post which confirmed orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

  • Once the order is cancelled, the Refund will be processed within 24 hours.

  • The refund shall be processed and reverted to the same means of payment that you have used to complete the payment during order confirmation. The amount shall be credited to the source account within 10 working days. In no condition, shall the amount be transferred to other accounts/en cashed by other means. If the product is purchased using gift vouchers, the value will be refunded as a gift voucher itself.

  • A cancellation charge of 3% will be levied on refund issued by the payment gateway/payments bank.
